By placing an order on www.chocodairy.com, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or possess legal parental consent. All products listed on the storefront are subject to availability and batch craftsmanship.

2. Product Accuracy & Craftsmanship

Our artisan truffles, goldmark boxes, and pralines are individually handcrafted using 100% natural organic cocoa, hazelnuts, pistachios, and fresh dairy cream. While we make every effort to display colors and packaging accurately, actual handcrafted textures may subtly vary.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD ($) and are subject to change without prior notice. Promotional promo codes (e.g. FREESHIP60) must be entered at checkout. Payments must be completed prior to order dispatch.

4. Perishable Goods Guarantee & Storage

ChocoDairy products contain fresh dairy and real cacao butter. Upon delivery, chocolates must be stored in a cool, dry place between 15°C and 18°C (59°F - 64°F) away from direct sunlight and strong odors.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All logos, brand names, product titles, imagery, graphics, and web content on www.chocodairy.com are the exclusive intellectual property of ChocoDairy Est. 1926. Unauthorized duplication or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

ChocoDairy shall not be held liable for indirect damages or delivery delays resulting from incorrect address inputs provided by the customer or severe carrier weather disruptions.
