You may cancel any standard chocolate order within 2 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been packed or dispatched by our atelier.
To cancel an order, immediately contact our Concierge team with your Order Invoice Number:
Orders involving custom ribbon engraving, bespoke gift cards, or corporate branding cannot be cancelled once production has commenced (after 24 hours of order placement).
Upon successful cancellation within the eligible window, a 100% full refund will be returned to your original payment method within 24 to 48 hours.
