At ChocoDairy, every box of chocolate is crafted to perfection. Because chocolate is a fresh perishable food product, health & safety regulations restrict standard returns. However, your complete satisfaction is guaranteed under our Freshness Protocol.

1. Damaged or Melted Goods Guarantee

We pack all orders in temperature-insulated gold boxes with thermal gel packs. If your order arrives damaged, melted, or compromised during transit:

• Notify our Concierge Desk within 48 hours of delivery.
• Provide a photo of the damaged package and your Order Invoice Number.
• We will immediately issue a 100% Free Replacement Box or full refund.

2. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds or returns cannot be accepted under the following circumstances:

• Incorrect delivery address or contact number submitted by the customer.
• Unattended packages left outdoors following confirmed carrier delivery.
• Opened or consumed chocolate boxes due to personal flavor preference changes.

3. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method (Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, or PayPal) within 3 to 5 business days.
